SCG12DCE

Description

The SCG12DCE is a flexible switched-capacitor controller IC, purpose-built for 36-60V input applications, enabling the efficient drive of 1/4 DC transformers (DCX) with a peak output power up to 1kW in high-power, energy-efficient, non-isolated intermediate bus converter systems.

SCG12DGX

For dc-dc converters up to 180 W

Description

The SCG12DGX is a 36-60 V input highly-integrated
switched-capacitor power stage and controller chip that
enables implementing 1/4 DC transformers (DCX) with
a peak output power up to 180 W and achieve a full load
efficiency of 98.3%. The chip features an integrated
power stage that combined with integrated gate drivers
for driving external GaN/MOSFET switches enables
high efficiency and a reduced number of components
and PCB footprint.

SCG12DMI

For dc-dc converters up to 72 W

Description

The SCG12DMI is a 36-60 V input highly-integrated
switched-capacitor power converter that operates as a
DC transformer (DCX) with a fixed voltage conversion
ratio of 1/4. The SCG12DMI can deliver up to 72 W and
achieve a peak efficiency of 96.5% and 95.8% efficiency
at maximum output load. It features the preliminary
SCG12DMI chip, as the core of the switched-capacitor
power converter. The integrated power stage features
segmented switches for optimal performance at both high
and low load in addition to soft-start capabilities. The
SCG12DMI comes in a space-saving WLCSP 96-pin
BGA package.
